on April Fools’ Day, Reese’s teased a new product release on social, perfect for PB&J fans: Reese’s Chocolatey Bread. Of course, the chocolate bread filled with Reese’s Creamy Peanut Butter and jelly was just a joke to drum up excitement for the new PB&J Big Cup flavor.

However, fans were actually REALLY excited about the sweet bread.

With all the buzz the post created, Reese’s decided to make the Chocolatey Bread real—and this time, it actually is “bread serious.” Reese’s released a branded PB&J Sandwich Kit, bringing the April Fools’ Day prank to life. But, you needed quick fingers if you wanted to get your hands on the kit; we only released a limited number of PB&J Sandwich Kits on the Hershey’s site and kits sold out FAST (much to many fans’ disappointment.)
